Location:
The house is situated at the border of the village El Gezira in a quiet rural area, by the locals called "Halfa". In the groundfloor are living the parents of the flat owner, who is married with an English lady and lives with her in England. During visits to Egypt the couple stays itself in the first floor flat. Therefore it is recommended to do reservation in advance.

Apartment:
The apartment in whole measures approximately 130 squaremetres. It is devided in a large living and dining area, two bedrooms (one with two single beds, one with a double bed), kitchen and bathroom. Additional the guests can enjoy the wonderful view to the green agricultural from the balcony and the roof garden.

Occupancy:
Perfect place for families with children or for four adults.
Equipment:
The apartment is completely furnished, the kitchen fitted with cooker, refrigerator and the basic cooking utensils. Guests will find a local phone line for incoming calls and television with Egyptian channels. All bedlinen is supplied.

Service:
Egyptian breakfast can be arranged for an extra 10 LE per person/day.
Infrastructur:
Close to the house two stables with horses, camels and donkeys are situated. In the village El Gezira there are several shops of any kind for the shopping of any daily needs, pharmacies, coffee shops, restaurants, small hotels, internet cafes etc.. Bicycles for rent, taxis, service cars and the public ferry easily can be reached by feet.
Prices & Payment Conditions:
Per week 800 LE. The price includes electricity, water and cleaning service twice a week. Special rates for long-termed lettings on request. Payments kindly required after arrival cash in Egyptian Pounds to the mother of the owner living in the groundfloor.
