Apartments "El Ham" and "Ibtesam", El Gezira

Location:
Both apartments are situated as an ideal starting point to discover the West Bank. Also the location offers the possibility of a quick ride to Luxor City (East Bank). The public ferry and also the private motorboats you will find only about 500 metres away. The house, which belongs to a family living there, with the two flats on the second floor is located on the main street of the village where you find shops, restaurants, coffee shops, internet cafes, pharmacies and so on. Here you are really in the heart of the village El Gezira (picture top).

Furnishing (in both apartments):
The bedrooms are equipped with air conditions, all other rooms with ceiling fans. In the bathrooms there are WC, washing basin, little bath tubs (also shower), the kitchens are fully furnished with refrigerator and gas oven and of course with complete kitchen ware and china. Hot water is prepared by private heaters. You can receive local television stations, but there are no telephones.

Apartment "El Ham" (pictures above):
Three bedrooms (two double and one single room), kitchen, bathroom, living area, seperated dining corner. The flat is about 90 sqm. This apartment is located on the backside of the house away from the main street and can be used with up to five persons.

Apartment "Ibtesam" (pictures below):
Two bedroomss (one double room, in the second double room there is enough space for an extra bed). Living room, a seperated dining room, terrace with Nile view (photo at the bottom), balcony, bathroom, kitchen, totally about 120 sqm. The flat can be used by up to five persons.

Names of the flats:
Owner Taeb Osman chosed the names of his daughters El Ham and Ibtesa.

Service (with both apartments):
Daily cleaning of the flat by an employee (included in the price). On request he also will do your daily shopping of food for you. On request arrangements for sightseeing trips by taxi, camel, donkey etc. Also your private party including live music can be organized as well the arrangement with a chef who will cook your special dinner on your request. Ask only for one of the owners of the flats Taeb Osman or Safwat Gaber in the business center downstairs. Shuttle service from the airport or railway station on request.

Prices:
"El Ham": LE 650 per week (ca. 93 Euro, 65 Sterling, 108 USD, rates at 31st of July 2003).
"Ibtesam": LE 820 per week (ca. 118 Euro, 82 Sterling, 134 USD, rates at 31st of July 2003).
The prices indlude water, electricity, gas and the daily cleaning of the flat. Don’t hesitate to ask for special prices for long term renting (starting from one month).

Terms of Payment:
For all payment we ask you kindly in cash after arrival. Payments in foreign currency (no coins, please!) will be exchanged by the rate of the Egyptian banks of the day.
