Egyptian TV, radio, no telephone (business center with internet connection, international telephone line and fax within 70 metres distance).The flat is functional but also tastefully furnished in a nice Egyptian-European mixed style.

The name:
Merith-Neith probably was the first woman reigning Egypt (during the 1st Dynasty ca. 3050 - 2890 BC). Although her name, mentioned in connection with the title "Queen Mother", is authenticated, until today it is contentious if she was really ruling the kingdom.

Prices (in Egyptian Pound) and payment terms:
LE 600 per week. Special conditions for long-termed periods (from one month) on request.
Price including electricity, gas, water und end cleaning. All payments are required cash after arrival in El Gezira, credit cards, cash- or traveller cheques are not accepted. Converting of foreign currencies (no coins!) are due to the latest daily bank rates. Payment in advance is not required, we only ask you to send us your travel confirmation or a copy of your air ticket by fax to 0020-95-311231.
