  -  Price: 225.000 LE (basis for negotiations), equivivalent to ca. 33.000 Euro/23.000 English Pound/
     37.000 US Dollar (exchange rate of 10th of July, 2003), the final exchange will be done at the
     day of payment according to the daily exchange rate of the Egyptian banks.
