House "Mariadel" offers two apartments for rent

Location:  
The two floor villa with a spacious roof terrace and sheltered garden is located in Ramlah, a new suburb of the connected village of El Bairat El Gezira. Distance to the Nile about 100 metres, the centre of the village with all kind of shops, restaurants, bicycles for rent, riding stables, taxis, and internet cafes as well as the public ferry to cross the Nile to visit the city of Luxor can be reached by a walk of about five to ten minutes. The next hotel/restaurant with swimming pool you find in a 50 metres distance (Gezira Gardens).

The house / the apartments:
House "Mariadel" is constructed in 2003, the nearly identical apartments seize is about 100 sqms. Guests can use the 140 sqms roof terrace (with amazing view over the fields up to the mountains and partially over the Nile) and - unusual for Egypt - the spacious garden. Its enclosure wall gives guarantee for your privacy in the this luxuriance of flowers, bushes and trees. The owners are the Dutch lady Neeltje van der Pol, called Maria (she is also speaking very good German and English) and the Egyptian Adel Nuby (he speaks good English). All rooms are furnished with a good taste. Each apartment contains a spacious living/dining room with adjacent open kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with tab, one with shower) - are built with large balconies. In one bedrooms is a double bed, in the other one two singled beds. The bedrooms are equipped with fans and airconditioning.

Equipment:
The flats are flooded with light, complete furnished and equipped with everything you need, among others bed linen, towels, bath towels, table clothes. Also in the kitchen nothing is missing, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and even a coffee filter belong there.

Service:
Adel is the owner of a car, picks up his guests personally at Luxor air port or train station and - of course - also brings them back (without extra costs). On request he can assist you in your plannings of sightseeing and other trips, if you like he can drive you with his car (fair prices to be negotiated in advance) wherever you want to go in Egypt. Also he can organize for you camel rides and horse back ridings.

Prices:
The weekly rent for each apartment is 125 Euro including shuttle from and to Luxor airport. Payment is requested in cash after arrival in the house, credit cards are not accepted. The apartments will be handed over clean. Guest are kindly requested to leave them clean.
