Location:
In the village of Qurna in the "Sharia Wadi el Moluk" (the mainstreet reaching the Valley of the Kings) between the public hospital and the temple of Setoy I. For transportation you can use the public service cars i.e. to or from the ferryboat in El Gezira 24 hours a day.

Others:
The seller can offer you an English speaking lawyer, but nevertheless the buyer can look for his own lawyer. The buyer can takeover the flat immediately after signing the contract. If the buyer like to renovate the flat the seller can help him with contacts and negotiations with local companies. Furthermore the sellers family .will help the buyer with everything what belongs to the daily life.

The name:
Imhotep was the chancelor of King Djoser (ca. 2668 – 2649 BC) and the architect of the step pyramid in Saqquara. After he died Imhotep at first was glorified as the god of the writers but lateron also as the god of the medical doctors. So principally we can say the owner of the flat Mohamed Ashraf is following the basically steps of Imhotep. He runs a pharmacy with his shop downstairs in the house
